1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using KimiCue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. KimiCue is developed and published by Rico Web Design ("we", "us").

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use KimiCue on devices you own or control. The free demo is limited to the features described on our website. The Pro licence unlocks all features on up to the number of devices permitted at the time of purchase.
This licence does not permit you to resell, sublicence, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer KimiCue or your licence key to another person.
3. Restrictions
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble KimiCue.
- You may not distribute, copy, or share KimiCue installers or licence keys.
- You may not use KimiCue in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Payments and refunds
Purchases made via Whop are subject to Whop's terms of sale. Purchases made via the Microsoft Store are subject to Microsoft's Store terms. We offer refunds at our discretion — contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue.
5. Updates
We may release updates to KimiCue from time to time. Updates are provided at our discretion and we do not guarantee any specific features or update schedule.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
KimiCue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that KimiCue will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rico Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of KimiCue, including but not limited to loss of data or damage to your DJ library files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for KimiCue in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using KimiCue and delete all copies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of KimiCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
